Batch Hot Mix Asphalt Plant mainly including burning system, vibrating screen system, cold aggregate supply system, electric control system and drying drum.
Asphalt Batch Mix Plant is one of the most popular products of Dayu for the high efficiency and excellent quality.
Both the integrated storage bins (HLB Series) and separated storage bins (LB Series) fall into the general category of large asphalt plants for the different location of the finished storage bins. Production capacity ranges at 40~480T/H.

Main Structure of Batch Hot Mix Asphalt Plant
Burning system

1. International brand oil burner (could use both diesel and heavy oil), full automatic control.
2. The coal burning system which possesses independent intellectual property rights, help the customers reduce the production cost.

Vibrating screen system

1. The screen mesh is made from manganese steel with high strength; Convenient for replace and maintenance;
2. Driven by two motors which are installed onto the screen, exciting force will be coupling automatically;

Cold aggregate supply system

1. Aggregate supply system adopts 3+2 modularization structure and frequency conversion timing, making material delivery smooth. Without phenomenon such as block, obstruct and so on.
2. Frequency conversion timing with credible capability; Modulerized design will be convenient for transport.

Electrical control system

The advanced control interface, industrial monitoring system and international famous brand electrical elements compose the operation system, can realize data management, input or store recipe, adjust time, material weighing correcting, failure self-diagnosis; Failure alarming, interlock protection, store and print production reports etc.

Drying drum

1. Outside the drying drum is covered with a 50mm heat preservation structure,
2. Professional designed lifting blades inside the drum, which can promote thermal efficiency.
3. Temperature detecting device is equipment beside the outlet of the drum.

The Components of Drum Hot Mix Asphalt Plant including Four Bin Feeder, Vibrating Screen System, Slinger Conveyor, Dryer Drum, Bitumen Tanks, Multicylone Exhaust, Load Out Conveyor, Mineral Filler, Control Cabin and Ldo Tank, which can working with good quality and high efficiency.

Cold aggregate supply system (mobile)
Components: Four aggregate belt feeders, a set of aggregate belt conveyer;
Specifications: Bin cubage: 4× 4m3; The bin width: 2.6m; Loading height: 2.78m; Bin vibrator: 0.25kw;
Ring belt width: 500mm; Motor power: 4× 1.5kw(electromagnetic timing);
Aggregate belt width: 500mm; Motor power: 4kw
Characteristic: Inside bin equipped with filtering net, the feeder motor adopts electromagnetic timing; Convenient for transportation;

Middle filter
Type: Oblique flow automatically;
Characteristic: The middle filter has no vibration, little dust can overflow; Avoid the waste material entering into the drying drum and elevator, reduce the heat loss, saving energy; Avoid big stone material jam.
